ESF Collaborative Research Programmes (EUROCORES)

European Collaborative Research Programmes (EUROCORES) are subject-specific programmes which give researchers an opportunity to apply for transnational joint projects (Collaborative Research Projects, or CRPs) involving at least three partners from three different countries. The sub-projects within these joint projects are financed by the national funding agencies participating in a specific EUROCORES programme.

At the moment the ESF is going through a transition period. A new association of national European research funding and research performing organisations (working title “European Research Organisations – ERO”) will be established. For this reason there will be no EUROCORES Programmes or calls for proposal in 2011.
