The physicist Toma Susi (University of Vienna) has published his recent FWF-funded research proposal "Heteroatom quantum corrals and nanoplasmonics in graphene" via the platform Research Ideas & Outcomes (RIO) Journal. With the agreement of the reviewers, the related reports are also openly accessible, see: http://rio.pensoft.net/articles.php?id=7479

This initiative is based on the concept of Open Science, that is the idea to open up all outputs of the research cycle.
