The Assembly of Delegates
takes decisions on the rules of procedure for the Executive Board, the Board and the Assembly of Delegates and on the annual report and elects the President, the Vice-Presidents, the Reporters and their Alternates and four Members of the Supervisory Board.

This body takes resolutions on the closing of accounts, the annual budget estimates, the long-term plans and annual work plans. It is also responsible for appointing and recalling of the management.
