Stand-alone Projects
Target group Scientists of any discipline who are working in Austria
Goals Funding of individual research in the area of non-profit oriented scientific research
Requirements high scientific quality measured on an international scale
Length
up to 36 months
follow-up applications are possible
Level variable, depending on the individual project, the average level of project funding is around EUR 90,000 per year
Applications
accepted continuously, no application deadlines
in English
Allocation by the FWF Board based on an international review process
Processing time 4 to 6 months in general
