Complaints Management

One of the FWF’s major concerns is the satisfaction of applicants and project managers. If you are dissatisfied we would ask you to make direct contact with the FWF staff member responsible. Misunderstandings and differences of opinion can often be clarified through discussion. If it is not possible to resolve the issue in this way we request you to inform us of your concern using the following form.

Any complaints received will be dealt with by the FWF as rapidly as possible. When submitting your complaint, in the interests of a swift resolution we would ask you to select one of the reasons mentioned. If you do not find your concern in the suggested categories please select “other”.

After submitting the completed form to the FWF you will receive e-mail confirmation of receipt by return.

The FWF regards it as important to clarify misunderstandings, to resolve differences of opinion and to find constructive solutions. In order to do this, further clarifications may be necessary, which on occasion may take some time. We request your understanding for this, and may also take the liberty of contacting you afresh if further information is necessary. We will provide you with an answer as soon as possible.
