We are looking for an

University Assistant with doctorate (Postdoc) 

40 hours a week; employment contract for a period of 1.5 years

The position will be within in the division Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Graz, Austria. The successful candidate is expected to conduct and lead research projects studying post-translational modification and genetic variation leading to a better understanding  of  molecular  processes  in  cancer  and  aging.  The  work  is  using  multi-omics  data approaches  on  both  the  experimental  and/or  computational  side  including  but  not  limited  to: proteomics (mass spec in the group) / genomics, large scale screening approaches, computational biology  approaches,  protein  interactions  and  molecular  networks, pharmacogenomics,  machine learning approaches combining laboratory and patient data.
