The work topic comprises: culture of human embryonic stem cell lines, generation of genetically modified sub-lines, differentiation of lines in 2D and 3D environments to the neural crest lineage. The successful candidate will work on a scientific project and perform lab administration and student supervision. We offer further training in analytical methods like: FACS (Cytoflex S), Immunofluorescence (Leica TCS SP8), whole genome RNA analysis (10X Genomics).
