Programme for Arts-based Research (PEEK)

Research Groups

Young Independent Researcher Groups

The planned jury meeting of the current call for proposals will be held by video conference. We are currently in contact with all the applicants involved. The next call for proposals will take place as planned. For further information and questions, please contact Sabine Haubenwallner.

International Programmes

In the current situation, you can submit your application via the online application portal elane as usual and send the cover sheet either with scanned-in signatures or by means of an electronic signature. This policy applies for all signatures on the cover sheet as well as on the affirmation of the research institution and any programme-specific signatures: they can also be signed using a scanned or electronic signature. In the case of scanned signatures, the original signatures can be submitted at a later point in time but no later than at the time of the FWF’s funding decision (before the respective meeting of the FWF Board).

Doctoral Programmes

Schrödinger/Meitner

What measures apply for Schrödinger Fellows who are affected by the COVID-19 crisis on account of the current travel restrictions or the closing of their research institution?

We would ask all the affected Fellows to get in contact directly with their respective FWF project officer to assess their individual situation and come up with an appropriate solution.

Should you have to cut your abroad phase short, please return to Austria as soon as possible, depending on your circumstances, and get in contact with your respective FWF project officer. Fellows also receive support during the return phase.

We would ask all the affected Fellows to get in contact directly with their respective FWF project officer to assess their individual situation and come up with an appropriate solution. Cost-neutral extensions and delayed project starts must be agreed upon in each individual case.
