ERA-NET TRANSCAN-3 Call 2023 Announcement: “Translational Research on Cancer Epigenetics”

Short Description

As part of the ERA-NET TRANSCAN-3 research funding network a call for joint transnational proposals will be published on 9 May 2023 under title “Translational research on cancer epigenetics”. 

The aim is to support new transnational cooperation. The individual national (sub-) projects of the consortia are funded by the respective national funding organisations.

Each consortium submitting a proposal must be comprised of a minimum of three research groups eligible for funding by participating organisations. The research groups must be from at least three different countries. The total number of research groups in a consortium is limited to six. One common document must be submitted to the Joint Call Secretariat by one spokesperson, the co-ordinator. In addition to the application at the call secretariat pre-proposals must also be registered online to the FWF at https://elane.fwf.ac.at. Deadline for submission is 21 July 2023. For details, please refer to the document „Guidelines for Applicants“, again available at the TRANSCAN homepage at the time of call publication.

The call is implemented as a 2-step procedure:

Submission deadline (pre-proposals): 21 July 2023 12:00 CEST

Submission deadline (full proposals): 15 December 2023 12:00 CET

Decision (full proposals): May 2024
