Reporting to Jean-Paul Chidiac, Head of Human Resources, and in close collaboration with the AITHYRA Directors, you will shape how we attract, welcome, and support exceptional talent in our dynamic research environment.

Your tasks:

- Lead End-to-End Recruitment

- Champion Our Employer Brand

- Create Impactful Onboarding Journeys

- Partner with Stakeholders

- Lead Respectful Offboarding

- Deliver Data-Driven Insights;

Experience in working in an international research and training environment, e.g. University, academic institution, or an area that represents the specific Life Science or AI/ML focus of AITHYRA, e.g. biotech, pharma, tech companies is an advantage.
