About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and talented PhD candidate to join our lignin group within our Cluster of Excellence (https://www.circularbioengineering.at), where we tackle some of the most exciting challenges in lignocellulose chemistry focusing on chemical modifications and analytical methods. Our research focuses on ways to deepen the understanding of lignin, including that of technical lignins to provide basic knowledge for future applications and designing novel materials. This is your chance to contribute to work that has real-world applications and scientific significance.
