IT Relaunch of the web presence of the "Speaking Atlas"

The linguistic atlas ALD (= [dt] "Sprachatlas des Dolomitenladinischen und angrenzender Dialekte" / [it.] "Atlante linguistico del ladino dolomitico e dei dialetti limitrofi" / [lad. ] "Atlant linguistich dl ladin dolomitich i di dialec vejins", published in 1998 and 2012 with 7 volumes each) exists both in paper form (i.e. as a normal book edition with a total of 14 volumes) and in electronic form (digital ALD = digitALD): https://www.ald.gwi.uni-muenchen.de/?db=ald1 The digitALD - just like the 14 paper volumes of the ALD - was developed with the help of the FWF by two Munich IT specialists (Dr. David and Dr. Tobias Englmeier) in the years 2020-2021 and put online by them in late autumn 2021. It filled a gap that had arisen from around 2016 due to the gradual extinction of some of the ALD`s accompanying programs that had been put online by the ALD team at the time in 2012, i.e. immediately when the ALD-II was published. In the present funding case, the aim is to round off the performance spectrum of the digitALD, above all by adding the "Sprechender Sprachatlas" [SA] (to the ALD-I) and its accompanying accessories ("Transkriptionarium"). The SA, whose origins go back to 1990-1993 and which was worldwide innovation at the time, had been made available to Romance scholars in several IT-technical formats (CD- ROM DVD Internet), all of which unfortunately proved insufficiently sustainable.
