Flexible working hours

In addition to a convenient flexitime model, we offer reduced core working hours during the summer to better meet individual needs.

Centrally located, easily accessible workplace

The FWF is centrally located in Vienna’s 1st district. Our offices are in the former Postal Savings Bank, one of Austria’s most important Art Nouveau buildings. The location is very well connected to the public transportation network and is conveniently close to several subway, rail, and streetcar lines.

Employees receive a meal allowance for each day worked, and there is a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and take-out offers in the immediate vicinity of the Postal Savings Bank building.

Days off

December 24, December 31, and Good Friday are non-working days. The hours for some “bridge days” before or after holidays can be banked in advance. In addition, employees over the age of 40 are entitled to an additional week of paid vacation.
