Abstract
The so-called cosmological constant (Lambda-term") multiplies a possible additional term in the Einstein equations
for the gravitational field. Recent observations suggest that the universe has a non-vanishing cosmological constant.
Despite the fact that one knows, for many physically relevant solutions, generalizations with non-zero lambda, there
have so far been few mathematically rigorous studies of their physical consequences. In the preceding project such
a task is undertaken, using Hamiltonian methods.
