The paper is subdivided into following chapters: constitutional law, criminal law, appliance to internet, procedural
problems during suspect-investigation, media-law special provisions and future prospects.
Main-topic is the "effect" caused by automatic publicity via internet for elements of crime like ie
defamation or libel but also for ie blasphemy or glorifying and identifying with the national socialist
german workers party.
Because of the fact that websites are subject to media-law there was also beared detailed reference to this,
especially to liability on bulletin-boards or guestbooks where lots of conflicts particular to the tkg were cleared up.
One key-problem on internet is suspect-investigation: Thats why the premises for breaking telecommunication-
secret and some actual ogh-decisions (and if they are still correct compared with an actual ecj-decision) got
discussed in the last chapter.
