Abstract
This project is aimed at understanding the internal quark structure of the proton and the origin of mass. The
interpretation of data from new and ongoing experiments using particle accelerators in Europe, Japan and the U.S.,
and the design of new polarized particle colliders and experiments for future accelerators will lead to new and
exciting inside into the fundamental structure of matter and the physics of the early Universe.
