Call for Tenders: Research Documentation System

The subject of the tender is the provision, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support of a web-based research documentation system on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis. The system must allow efficient, user-friendly, and flexible recording as well as transparency, traceability, and reuse of research results. The administrative effort for researchers should be kept to a minimum.

Using the tool, researchers must be able to record and administer their research activities in a structured manner and make them available in standardized reporting formats.

The deadline for submission of tenders is July 27, 2026.
